How do I book your dog walking services?
o book our dog walking services, please follow these steps:
a. Schedule a Free Meet and Greet: As a new client, we want to ensure the best experience for you and your furry friend. Contact us to schedule a free meet and greet chat. During this session, we’ll discuss your and your dog’s needs to tailor our services accordingly.
b. Paperwork Completion: Before we embark on any walks, we’ll need some paperwork completed. This helps us ensure the safety and well-being of your pet and allows us to provide the best care possible.
c. Finding the Perfect Fit: After our meet and greet, we’ll work to find the perfect fit for your dog within our pack. Each dog has unique preferences and personalities, and we strive to match them with compatible companions for an enjoyable walking experience.

What area do you cover?
I proudly serve Witney within a 1.5 mile radius of the town centre (an additional charge of £1 per mile outside of normal operating area)

Do you offer group or solo walks?
provide both group and solo walks, depending on your dog’s needs and preferences.
How long do you walk for?
My standard walk typically spans a full hour, ensuring your furry companion gets ample exercise and stimulation. However, please note that the duration may slightly vary depending on factors. Rest assured, I prioritise your dog’s well-being and aim to provide a fulfilling walking experience, which may occasionally extend beyond the hour mark.
What times do you offer walks?
I offer lunch time group walks, early and late walks. Individual walks will be fitted around these times.
I will strive to accommodate my clients’ schedules as much as possible, including weekends and holidays.
Do you offer weekend and bank holiday walking?
This are some availabiltie to regular clients and is subject to availability. Please contact me for details.
Are you trained and insured?
Absolutely. I have undergone comprehensive training to ensure the safety and well-being of your furry friends. This includes education in dog body language, managing dog reactivity, and canine first aid training. Additionally, I am fully insured with Public Liability insurance provided by Protectivity, offering you peace of mind knowing that your pet is in capable and secure hands.
How many dogs do you walk at once?
A maximum of 4 dogs per walk, I believe this gives your dogs the best level of service and ensureing they safty.
What safety measures do you have in place during walks?
The safety of your dog is paramount to me. Here’s how I ensure a secure walking experience:
- Custom-built Dog Walking Van: I utilize a specially designed dog walking van, prioritizing safety during transportation.
- On-Lead Walking Away from Roads: During walks, I always keep dogs on a lead when near roads to prevent any potential accidents.
- Managed Free Play: Free play is supervised and managed to ensure the safety of all dogs. If necessary, I’ll reapply leads to maintain control and safety.
- Expert Understanding of Dog Body Language: With a deep understanding of canine body language, I monitor interactions during playtime to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all dogs involved.
- Walking in Remote Areas: Whenever possible, I choose remote areas for walks to minimize encounters with other dogs and distractions, ensuring a more peaceful and secure environment for your pet.
Your dog’s safety is my utmost concern, and I take every precaution to provide a secure and enjoyable walking environment.
My dog has not been spayed or neutered can he/she still be walked?
Yes I know ever dog is different, however I do reserve the right to refuse any dog.
Does my dog have to stay on the lead?
Our walks are off lead if your dog has good recall, I will ask you to provide written consent to allow your dog off the lead. Dogs are only be let off the lead when I feel it is safe to do so.
What happens in case of inclement weather?
Rain or shine, we’re here for your dog! We’ll adjust our walking routes and activities according to the weather conditions to ensure your dog gets the exercise and stimulation they need, while also keeping them safe and comfortable.
What do you do in case of emergency?
I will call you or your secondary contact in case of emergency. If I feel veterinary advice is require I will take your dog to the closed veterinary surgery to where I currently am at the time.
Do I have to be at home when you collect/drop off my dog?
No, most of my clients are happy to provide me with keys to their home.
Do you take bitches in season?
Yes, however these will need to be individual walks outside of lunch group walks.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
Please provide me with at least 24hours notice. If less time is given, a 50% charge of the service will apply.
